painless small moving lump in finger

Hi i have recently developed a small painless moving lump in my finger ,do you think this could be cancer and should i have it checked out with a doctor ,worried dianedi

Hi. It's hard for me to tell for certain what that lump is, without having examined it properly.  It's most probably a common benign condition like a ganglion cyst or an epidermal inclusion cyst, but it might be best to have it seen by a doctor just to make sure.
