penile melanoma????
Hi, for the past two years, almost certain, I have had this brown splotch in the urethral opening of my penis. I also have a dark discoloration in the basis of the prepuce. I am circumcised since you and have generally good hygiene. I havent had sexual relations and I'm 21. My question is, could this be melanoma? I am getting a bit scared, I got tested for infections and they were negative. Also, I have had some trauma in the glans before, so could that be the cause? could this eventually lead to cancer?
