ok i am trying this again. for about 2 months now ive had swollen lymph nodes. all but 1 has gone completely down. first off. .  .i was told that i had an infection after doing a cbc. ok, 2nd would they still be swollen? i have no symptoms of anything. just a swollen lymph node which might i add has never hurt. all of them were in my neck and now there is still 1 that wont go away. it hasn't gotten any bigger at all, i actually thought it was going down but felt it again today and it feels like it did when i first found it. although it could be my mind playing tricks on me. it is moveable, it doesn't feel like it is fixed to the skin. would a cbc give them some warning if it was lymphoma? and would  have other symtoms (symptoms) by now? is it a good thing that the other 3 that were swollen went down so this one will to in time. i do mess with it a lot. and why would it feel bigger like whe i stand up than sit down?
i am very worried, ive been told 3 times by 2 different doctors i dont have cancer but its in my head. also if it was indeed cancer would the lymph nodes e growing by now? i am desperate and i am praying someone please answeres this. please

thank you so muc for your reply,i guess sometimes i just need to hear it fom other people. my dad died of cancer 7 years ago, and all that i can reember is that his lymph nodes were constantly swollen and they were huge. so now because of that, a swollen lymph node to me, means cancer. but thank you for the reply and i will defnately try to stop worrying.
