I have had a small lumpLumps in the breasts in my scrotum near my left testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound for a few years now. It is kind of resting on the bottom of the scrotum, and is not physically attached to the testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound. It is painless and hard. I seem to also be developing what feels like a bag of worms or noodles above my left testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound, and I suspect this is varicocele. However I am still worried about the lumpLumps in the breasts, and it feels like one may be developing on my right as well, not sure. In addition, I have seen when I ejaculate that my sperm looks a bit abnormal. It looks fine when it comes out, and the volume is normal, but it seems a bit jelly-like. In addition, all of the fluid does not seem to contain sperm, as some parts are not white and just clear. Any suggestions on what any of these issues may be?
My boyfriend has testicular cancer the fact that this is bothering you is reason alone to go get it checked out. Theres an excellent website you can post on that can help you with any questions you might have. www.tc-cancer.com

Thank you for your help, i went to a urologist this week and he said that the lump was a spermatocele, and it was confirmed that i do have varicoceles. Thankfully it was not cancer but these issues can become serious if i feel discomfort or pain, which i do not. I'm crossing my fingers for the future!
You made my day. It must be such a relief to get such awesome news. (not that spermatoceles and varicoceles arent a concern.) Hey just to keep in the back of your mind for the future, ultrasounds of the testicals are vital for diagnosing problems like these. It sounds like your future just got a little brighter.
Take good care.
