should I be worried

I have 2 enlarged lymph nodes on right side of neck just above collar bone.Hard and painless about the size of a grape. Had CTscan w/contrast and bloodwork done.Doc stated that bloodwork "normal" elevated levels of EBV,CT scan showed enlaged lymph nodes. Have had constant headache for 3 months, fatigue and lumps present for 2 months now. Should I request a biopsy of lumps?

Hi.  From the information you've posted, I think that a biopsy of the nodes above the collar bone might be helpful.  You have too many enlarged nodes, and a biopsy would be useful in finding out what caused those nodes to swell.
