sick with worry

I am recovering from bulimia (after 12 years) I have been reading about oral cancer and am really worried because i have had leep for grade 3 cervical dysplasia, I checked the back of my throat with a light and am so worried, it looks like it has erosions of varying sizes all over it, they are greyish white in colour, also, similar lesions are on both palatine tonsil beds. thank you
