hi besides having spots i feel tired and feel like becoming unconciouse esily.........

Hi,
If you feel tired and have episodes of presyncope or syncope, further diagnostic tests should be done to determine the underlying cause, whether it is vasovagal or reflex mediated, hormone dysfunction, blood conditions, cardiac dysrhytmia or blood pressure issues.  Discuss this also with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care always.
