someone help me please

Hello, four days ago i noticed a sharp pain behind my ear when i tilted my head back in my computer class. im infront of a computer everyday and am always tense sitting with bad posture. when i got home i started to fear i had a brain tumor. the next few days i noticed wierd aches on the top of the back of my head. today i have no pain in my head except on the back of my neck near my ear. if feels like a muscle ache. i also have been feeling moderate neck and back pain. im experience a slight ringing in my left ear by the pain too. im aware of acousting neuroma but i do not think thats the case since i stress alot. like 24/7. i was never diagnosed with anxiety but i know i have it bad. i think that i caused the ear ringing with my stress about the tumor.

Hi Snake,

Now you need to settle down a bit.
It sounds like you have pulled a muscle, you admit to poor posture while sitting at your computer.
So yes, your pain can be caused from that alone. Your back and neck pain, the pain by your ear and even the ringing in your ear.

So try to improve your posture, go and get yourself a really good message and I'll bet you will feel a whole lot better.

Good luck and try not to worry so much, life is way to short to stressing like you do.

Do not jump to conclusions. See your family doctor about the bump. Many of your symtoms could be just from sitting in front of that computer all the time. Stay calm. Anxiety and stress can be a very painful situation. I have it and it causes many pains that mean nothing. Stay calm.
