spindle epithelial neoplasm malignant meningioma

My father, 83, was given this diagnosis for the mass on his clavicle. I am unable to find information regarding treatment. He had a brain tumor removed August 2007 that was Stage II Atypical Meningioma, 33 radiation treatments and a clean Mri as of Aug. 2008.  He is scheduled for a bone scan and then surgery for removal of tumor. He does not want unnecessary procedures done if there is not hope of a cure, (which I assume there isn't once it has invaded the bone). Please help me with any advice or resources .
