What do you think an enlarged lymph node in the supraclavicular area indicates when its 3.4cm large and another behind the mediastinal manubrium 10.8cm. lymph nodes in auxillary bilaterally normal, groin nodes normal

Hi.  Lymph nodes as large as these two are certainly suspicious and should be investigated by means of a biopsy.  While lymph nodes can enlarge because of inflammation or infection, they rarely, if ever, get as big as 10 cm.  So in this case, a diagnosis of malignancy, possibly a lymphoma, should be entertained.
