tongue

I have notice that i have abnormal red bumps on the right side bottom of my tongue and or the exact bottom and the left side. I do smoke I'm just scraed and i want to know should i be worried.

Hi.
Cigarette smoking is one of the risk factors for the development of cancers in the head and neck area.  There is a possibility that the red bump on your tongue is a benign condition.  It could be a leukoplakia or a stomatitis.  However, you need to seek consult with your physician for proper evaluation.  Quitting smoking reduces the risk of development of cancers.
