uterine cancer

hi - in Oct 2007 my diagnosis was totally unexpected! and within days i had a total hysterectomy (stage ii, borderline stage iii due to 'isolated' cells in abdomenial fluid) removing ovaries, uterus, appendix, lymph glands, and small portion of odeum.  i received 6 treatments of chemo and my ca 125 was measuring 5 - 5.8 until april 2009 going to 6.8 - had a colonoscopy in april, they found a benign polyp and removed it - went to Europe for the summer, felt fine - now i have returned at the end of Sept, got another ca 125 and it measured 55 (this lab uses 21/ul as the base), had a pet/ct three weeks ago which indicated that all was well except for a 7mm spot in my left lower lung lobe - which did not show in the pet/ct scan taken in 2008) - visited my gynec surgeon who said he was worried that my 125 level was up, but did not think much of the 7mm spot which if he did he would biopsy immediately - my oncologist says wait two months before having another scan - last week on my own i had another blood test and it measured 77 (this lab uses 35/ul as the base) - got this result yesterday and i am now waiting one or two days before i call my 'team' to see how to proceed from here - also went for mammogram and passed with flying colors -  my stomach felt bloated most of the summer - i lost four or five pounds since i returned, but i still feel bloated - this morning i weight 117 and stand 4'10" (in the morning!?!) - i have problems eliminating and take ducolax about every third day(!!!) which i hate doing - ...what now?
