what are the symptoms of brain cancer ?

I have headache , When i Press On my head The pain is worsen , When i press on the area that has the pain  I feel dissy but  i can control my self.. i mean u  feel dizzy beside feeling  Im sensless . Beside Sometimes I feel As i want vomit  .Beside when the headache come My face is red.. But i dont have any hallusination , I dont lose My appetite Im overweight & I understand all people around me & i can concentrate .. But the heaache make me dissy , & tired... My headache lasted  for 3 days till I took a medicine , after i took the medecine with 6 hours the heaache reduce gradually but when i press the area after this 6 hours It comes  again but not much as it was .. I dont knw maybe 2omoro the same pain returns again....

I dont know is that seems related to brain cancer ?

Hi.  The symptoms of brain cancer are rather non-specific and may involve any of the ones you have mentioned in your post such as headache, dizziness and vomiting, changes in perception and inability to concentrate.  Having most of these symptoms doesn't necessarily mean you have a brain tumor, as there are more common conditions with a similar presentation, particularly migraine or tension headaches, uncontrolled hypertension, etc. If your symptoms persist, you may wish to see a neurologist for proper evaluation.
