Vasopastic angina of small heart vessels with normal coronary arteries confirmed by cardiac cath. Main symptoms are shortness of breath and chest tightness or pain on exertion and/or chest pain, not on exertion.
You can learn more about this type of Angina from problems within the microvessels of the heart muscle that defies diagnosis by conventional tests. I am the patient and the panel of doctors know nothing about me except that I have angina. What they learn is that my problem lies within the heart muscle's microvessels.
