cardiac myopathy

hi am laurice i got my dilated cardiac myopathy 2 weeks after i gave birth. My question is is there a possible that my dilated cardiac myopathy can be cured? my cpk mb elevates at 19 the normal is 0-16... Do i have to take the meds for my dilated cardiac myopathy for lifetime? pls. help me
