Echo results. Had 2 echo within 40 days.

I had two echos in the last month. I am trying to rule out heart as cause of on and off SOB. 25 male, otherwise very healthy. normal EKG's

1st ECHO JUNE
LV end dias 5.6 cm         EPEAK .93 m/sec
LV end sys 3.2               APEAK .54
LV septal .9                   E/ARATIO 1.7
LVPWDd 1                     E/E1          4.8
AOASC 3.2
AoRoot 3.2
LA Diam 3.6
LVVOLS 51 ml
SV MOD a4c 59
Stoke Vol 113 ml

EVERYTHING normal is size, no thickness, just trace mitral and tricuspid reguration. Nomral systoic funtion, no hyperthrpy

2ND ECHO JULY had done again because 1st one was unable to estimate pumonary pressure
Diastolic Diam 5.2 cm
Systolic Diam 4.0
Septal Thickness .9
Post wall thicness 1.3
Aortic Root 2.8
L Atrium 3.7
EF% 50-55
Pulmonary systolic pressure 27 mmHG, with an assumed R atrail pressure of 10
Mitral inflow velocity is 86 cm/sec. Mitral annular velocity is 18 cm.sec. Mitral inflow to annular ratio is 4.78
This time, everything normal size ect. EXCEPT
no mitral reguaration on this one, still trace tricuspid (Peak 2.05 m/s)

BUT. says L ventrical wall thickness is inceased with mild hypertrophy and low normal systoilc function (50-55%)
NONdialted L ventrical though. ie (LV size is normal) I guess just the wall got bigger

so, why did the 1st report a month before say, no thickness, normal systolic function, no hypertrophy, and then this 2nd one say I have all this now?? ...It looks like the thickness went from 1.0 to 1.3, and EF 60 to 50-55... I aslo see that some other measuremnts have changed..

Is my heart ok, or do I need to look into things?
Docs didnt say anything to me, no call, so i assume fine
And if you look, how could these measuremnts of my heart suddenly change?
My question is why? and does my heart look to be ok, and can I mark that off the list?
Can I rule out L to R shunt?

resting HR  52-75 depending on how relaxed I am. BP usually normal, sometime border high

Hello
Interpreting those results it would seem that these minor changes are just variations that may be dependent upon the way the study was performed or by whom it was performed or the way that it was interpreted. I would describe it within a margin of error. Certainly, if your practice has not notified you, then they dont think it is abnormal.
Additionally, without any change in your symptoms, I think this does not likely reflect a change in function.

Schedule a follow up with your physician to discuss the results. There does not appear to be any septal defect which is required for left to right shunt
