unusual symptoms

I'm 35 years old, male, and 60 pounds over weight.   For about 8+ months I've experienced  severe weakness, faint feeling,  a tight feeling in my chest,  and a feeling that something is "pulling" at my heart all the time.     The more I feel the pull, the worse I feel.    When I feel this way, walking up stairs gives me a forceful heartbeat, shortness of breath,  and near syncope.    I dont care what anyone says, but anxiety does not cause exertional near syncope.   But, my Thalliuam stress test, cardiac CTA, Echocardiogram,   CBC, CMP, Liver, Thyroid, BNP all check out normal.      The symptoms come and go in severity from week to week,     it seems to me like that if it's not my heart,  maybe there is some sort of perfusion problem,  or perhaps a subtle chemical imbalance (excess or deficiency),  somewhere in my body.    Laying on my back , sitting, or standing I feel light headed.    Laying on my stomach I feel next to normal.     I feel no different in the peace and quiet of my home, or in public,  It's all the same 24/7.

It sounds very challenging. In intermmittent problems of this nature a test like the holter is sometimes helpful to see if there is a transient heart rhythm abnormality or even an electrophysiologic study to evaluate conduction disturbance. Continue to work with your physician to find the cause. good luck
