Compartmentalized food trays - with vertical sides

9044746?1366575037
Very elderly patients, especially those who are stroke disabled, have difficulty in getting food on their spoon. They get frustrated trying to get a heaping of food on the spoon.  An ordinary dish does not provide a vertical surface with which to push the spoon against to get the food on the spoon. Any compartmentalized tray is an improvement, however those with vertical sides are best.
