Hi!  I feel for you.  I took care of my husband for over two years, as well as his grandmother, and also helped my parents.  There were many times that I felt so alone and that I was drained.
One thing I found was that I actually felt guilty for making time for myself!  But you HAVE to make time for yourself or you will wear down very quickly.
I found in my community respite care.  I actually qualified for the help and would have an aide come in to help so I could get out.  See if you have something like this in your community.  Also, can a friend or parent come in for an afternoon on a Saturday so that you can go and pamper yourself?
In the evenings, when things settled down, I would go into the living room to read.  It was my time to get away from it all.
I hope this helps give you some ideas.  At least you know that someone understands.
