Advice needed for caring for cat with pillow foot

My feral cat that has feline aids now has pillow foot in 3 of her 4 paws. I've managed to catch her much to her dislike and have started her on doxyxycline, on my 4th day.My vet didn't provide much information, they told me to read about it online. I'm giving her wellness canned food, all grain free and yesterday's news litter. I'm also using all natural cleaning products and keeping her area as clean as possible. All 3 paws look like large cherries and bleed. Is there anything else I can do for her. She is feral and doesn't like to be handled. I've read that supplements can help but unable to locate which ones or how much. Plus any medication I give her must be hidden in her food. I would appreciate any advice.
