Cat Bleeding from anus

I woke up this morning to see my cat bleeding from her butt. i don't know what it came from and it really worried me. the last time she went to the vet she was ok and there was nothing really wrong with her besides she had fleas and worms. we took care of the problem and there has been no more problems. the worms and fleas are gone. i have never seen her bleed from her butt or anything else before. she is my baby and i don't know what to do for her. she hasn't had any bleeding since. not only that but the blood was kinda diluted and mucusy looking. please help.

When was she fixed? (how long ago?)

Is she an indoor or outdoor cat? I would take her to the vet to get checked out, the vet will be better able to assess what's going on that's causing the problem.
