Cat and Dog pee in house!!

I have a female cat about 2 years old that was fixed about 6 months ago. However, she has been peeing on my mothers bed. She does this every few months. Also, Same thing with our 2 year old family dog who is "Not" fixed. He seems to like to pee on a wall in the kitchen. We have sprayed clorox down because it has the smell of amonia (ammonia) in it but it doesn't seem to work very well.

Any suggestions?

Try cleaning with Natures Miracle.  Bring a urine sample for urinalysis of both of your pets.  Inappropriate urination is usually a result of a urinary tract infection.  Only when you find that there is no urinary tract infection can behavior causes be blamed.
