I recently purchased a small palm tree (not sure what kind). My Kitten 13 months old has taken to eating it. She refuses Cat grass. Does anyone know if this is harmful to cats, I had a cat get sick from eating a Petunia once. Now I'm worried that she will get sick from the Palm tree. The tree is getting so large that I will soon have to put it on the floor. Maybe the best thing to do is give the tree away to a good home!
I had to do that with a dragon tree I had. Unfortunately, the dragon tree died, as it didn't like the location I had to put it in. But, it was better than my kitty getting deathly ill from a plant that she was tempted to chew on and that I knew was toxic to my kitty. I put that thing where I knew she couldn't get to it.
Sometimes large offices and businesses buy really large plants and trees for their open spaces.
