Did it end up being Lymphoma? A type of cancer tumor? My cat had same symptoms last year & I had to go thru the biggest loss...my cat was truly a gem..I loved him so much & I did not put him thru all those surgeries or chemo.  I kept him with me at home and let him go until he "told" me with his eyes that he was ready.  Not an easy thing to do at all....but the decent thing.

Probably parasitical. Try an OTC wormer. If there isn't an immediate change, she'll need to go to the vet. Most parasites will kill eventually...
