Diagnosis?

I am going to explain everything here just so whoever is reading this can have a general idea of what's been going on. Maybe it's all linked together, maybe my cat is just having some bad luck.  About 3-4 months ago my cat Jasmine came inside with a bloody nose. I took her in, the vet said that it looks like someone "clawed her good" there was a lump on her nose and I asked him about it. He pushed on it, squeezed it and claimed that it was scar tissue from it trying to heal.
     About a month later, I noticed that Jasmine had a bloody ear.the vet says "oh dear she scratched herself trying to itch her ear" He cut her back claws and gave me an antibiotic cream to put on her ear for a week. I did that. Ear didn't get better. Still dried slightly bloody and bothering her. called the vets. continue putting it on for another week. ok I did. ear seems to be getting a little better.
      Now about a week and a half ago Jasmine begins throwing up, not eating, and sounding like a duck when she tries to meow. Call the vets. "bring her in, we are going to keep her overnight to get a urine sample and because she is not eating" ok... next day "jasmine has a bladder infection and tonsillitis, we are going to give you an antibiotic to give her and in a few days she should be back to  normal ." So Jasmine comes home and starts the antibiotic. Seems to be going well. appetite is coming back, all seems well.
       About 5 days into the antibiotic she starts sneezing, and coughing sleeping all the time. and eating very little. Here we go again. Call the vets. So today they did blood work and X-rays. the blood work came back normal. They found a BB in her nose from the X-ray! took it out. They said that she still has blood in her urine. And  they don't know why the antibiotics aren't helping her. They mentioned that her ear drum might be broken or a tumor. they referred me to a specialist. any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm lost and confused. Thank you

Well, after reading your post, it's got me wondering if your cat's got more than one BB in her!  If she's already got one BB, I wouldn't be surprised if there were more!  If you've only got one x-ray of her head, I would most definitely request some x-rays of her abdomen to see if there are more BBs.  Maybe, there's another bullet/BB in her bladder causing these other problems.  And, maybe that "tumor" in her ear is a BB, too.

People that shoot cats and dog make me sick!  I can't even count how many times we've found bullets in our cats over the years.  We reported it to our local animal control.  You should give them a call, and maybe ask some neighbors if they've seen anything suspicious.  These people NEED to be stopped at all costs!  GRRRRRR!!!

There would be a bunch of cuss words on here, but it would be a waste of time-they wouldn't show up!

Well, I wanted to say I agree with Savas on this. And just to add that you might want to get a second opinion. Go to another vet see what they say. But I’m pretty sure ALL the issues you described are not tied up. The ear issue sounds like it is separate from her bladder infection. The nose trauma is also separate from her bladder infection.

There must be an antibiotic that can work for her.  What antibiotics did the vet recommend? I know that when a certain type of antibiotics doesn’t work it may be because the bacteria are resistant to the treatment, in which case your vet would have to prescribe something else.  I am not sure if you’re already doing this, but home care includes feeding diets that promote acid urine. Hill’s has a prescription food that can help with that.  It’s their c/d formula.  I have read Savas’ posts on UTI, so I’m just following the lead here as he has experience with this. Also, magnesium should be reduced and water should be provided, fresh, at all times.

Savas's first instinct is to find the person who did this, take their BB Gun and shoot them repeatedly where the sun don't shine.

But while therapeutic for you, it doesn't help help with the matter at hand.

A foreign object can create havoc with the body when left in it for a long period. And BB's are traditionally have a copper/nickel coating... so it is possible your cat has a metal toxicity issue going on... copper is known to cause liver issues and nickel can cause tumours.

I'm not sure if a pellet left in the body could cause this to be a problem for the length of time you mentioned, but I'd look into it.

Otherwise I'd see how she does over the next week now that the foreign object has been removed. A steroidal may be in order to help get the swelling down.

The ear could be a self induced hematoma from scratching, which is easily treatable, btw.
