Eustacion tube growth

Eustacion tube growth

I declined having the growth removal submitted for biopsy. The vet assured me that the growth will reoccur within the next 18-24 months when I will probably decide to have the cat put down. If the growth proved cancerous, it would not alter that prognosis.  If the odds were that it would not grow back, then I would have ordered the biopsy. My question is a medical one - is there a procedure or chemical that can reduce and perhaps kill the stem of the growth in the cat's eustacion tube?
