I think I've heard of babies smothering when in bed between their parents- I hope the same wouldn't be possible for cats? Sounds like Miss T has gotten quite brave and feeling more secure.
I have kitty that doesn't jump well- he has a two-step stool at the end of the bed for him to use. It keeps him happy and us non-bloody from the misses. :)
...and this morning...I awoke as Anita was coming to bed about 1 AM.
Miss T had followed her in to the bath again to monitor tooth brushing.
As Teia does not jump up too well, when she seemed interested in coming to bed, Anita lifted her up with a very small protest from kitty.
Teia settled down by my side and we both drifted off.
She was still there (in spite of Hildie being at Anita's side) when a "call of nature" woke me up at 3 AM. Miss T jumped down, sat by her bowl...so after I was done with my "business," Teia (and Hildie, Kessie and Chessie) got an early morning snack.
If this morning is an indication; she's now decided that coming into the bedroom when she hears my alarm is not a bad thing, even though the sisters (Kessie and Hildie) like to sleep with Anita and me.
Looks like Miss Teia is feeling at home now! That's great!
