Frontline Plus in bulk

People are selling the large dog dose of Frontline/Advantage with glass vials and a syringe (no needle).
They say it can be split in 6 equal doses of .5 ml (dose used on cats).......saves money!  However there is 3% less of the methoprene in the medication.  If you buy individual packs the methoprene content is 11.8 and  with this kit the content is only 8.8  Is this difference enough to hinder the product from working correctly?  The fipronil is the same 9.8.

Thanks for your time!

I wouldn't use the dog frontline on cats. There are subtle differences that can be a problem.

Also; are you trying to split the medication that's in an actual vial (one dose) up? If so, it's a bad idea. There's no guarantee on if you're getting equal parts in the separated mixes.

Generally I say it's an acceptable risk if you're only going down in one weight class... but from large 60+ dog down to under 20 lbs dog/cat.. that's a bit risky for my taste.
