I was just thinking about that. I'm going to pop over and see whats up with it. I understand it's largely up to private groups to perform the evacuations...?

I'm popping this to the top and suggesting that everyone PLEASE go over and see Jaybay's post on the dog forum if this is an issue. Keep in mind that cats dehydrate after only 48 hours (which can lead to death) so PLEASE be prepared.
