Kitten Urinating Problem

One of my 7 month old kittens (a boy) is urinating outside of his box. For a while it was only in one specific location, but now it has spread to others. He has been neutered, but the problem has continued. He is a very sweet and affectionate cat otherwise, but it is really getting to be a problem.

Does anyone know a possible cause of this behavior, or a solution?

HI, our cat did the same thing, You should have him checked for urine crystals.  Male cats get uti's easier than females because there urithra's are smaller.  We finally had to put our guy (Harley) on urinary health cat food.  Good luck.  If it goes to long without treatment it may cause a blockage so be carefull.  Good luck.
