If you truly want to save this sweet kitten that you lovingly raised, take it to the vet.  The vet can give the baby some drugs that will decrease swelling in the brain.  This drug may be the kittens only chance of survival.

You need to get this kitten to the vet, clearly it has some sort of brain injury.

How very very sad. Your poor kitty. From the sounds of it, your kitten
really needs to be seen by a vet. Perhaps you should tell the kids not
to throw toys around delicate little kittens.  They shouldn't be throwing
toys around anyway. Not sure what to suggest other than your kitten
needs medical help. That means going to a vet. That means finding
the money to take the kitten to a vet.
