Kitty seems lethargic after vaccination .

HI all ! Is it normal for your kitten to be low energy after a day or two after her first vaccination ? She is eating but not as much . She plays a little and she has been sleeping a lot ! I heard this is normal but after two days ? Gums are pink , nose seems moist and not dry . Bottom line ! She seems in and out ! Your thoughts please !  Thanks , Jimmy

Hey Jimmy!  Yes, this is normal.  Especially if the Rabies vaccine was included.  Those really wipe a cat out.  Kadi will likely be acting her old self in another 24hrs, but if not, I would give your vet a ring.  It may take a tiny kitten a little longer to recover than an adult cat, but that is just a guess.

Keep us posted :)
