My 5month old cat is vomiting 3day after spaying

My kitten got spayed 3 days ago and was acting like she never got a surgery done. Today she started to vomit a white, thick, mucus looking vomit. She did this 5 time, but hours apart. She ate a bit, but not has much as usual. But she's eating and drinking enough to use the litter box. She's playing a bit and walking/running about. I just need to know if I need to pay a visit to the vet. Or is this normal after spaying.

Hello.

I hope your kitty is all better now, no longer vomiting or having any other troubles.

Your vet needs to be made aware of the after-surgery behavior.  If you haven't already, do call and talk to the kitty dr. and let them know.  This should be in her records.  Also, it's unsafe to assume there's a connection to the surgery just in case this is something unrelated.  Kitties vomit for a reason, never a good one.  Some reasons are more health threatening than others.

Blessings,
  Melinda
