Hope you have got some good news about your baby!! What did the vet say and did he give you an antibiotic!!
I am sooo in agreement with Slay and ZQ--Lrfe threatening injury and dog and cat need to be separated .
This is an emergency. Please get your cat to a vet ASAP. I honestly don't think that your cat scratching those bites caused deep holes. That sounds more likely that your dog biting your cat's neck is the cause of those deep holes.
This is serious. Possibly life-threatening!!!
Hello.
So sorry about your kitty.
How did your dog & cat end up fighting each other to start with? Maybe they shouldn't be together so this won't happen again with the outcome even worse. This is true especially if the cat is declawed.
Your cat needs to see a veterinarian before infection sets in if it hasn't already.your cat's.not going to leave that wound alone.
I hope everything works out
Blessings,
Melinda
