My cat is 1 and a half years old. She is always stressed ever since we got her. She alsways hides behind the wardrobe, she spends most of her time there. Ever since she was around 8 months she started to pee on our beds. Not just my bed but everyones beds, in fact she even pooped on my bed once. At first we thought its because shes not neutered, but after we neutered her at around when she was 1 year, she still pees. Now we think its because of the stress, but we are really nice to her and we dont scare her but she is still very scared of us. There are two litter boxes in the house so that if she is scared to go downstairs she can use the one upstairs, but im afraid dhe still pees on our beds. I am tireed of changing and washing the duvet and the blankets that were over it.
unfortunately this is becoming all to common a problem. I just replied to a post you may also want to read on this forum...re spraying.

has kitty been checked for a URINARY TRACT INFECTION?? this is important because in many cases it can be the cause of inappropriate spraying or peeing...please have kitty Vet checked.
