My kitten's anus is red and swollen, please help?

I rescued three kittens from the street the other day because their mom died and they are stray cats so i took them home until i find someone who wants to adopt them. I noticed somethings a few days ago that there is one kitten that has a red anus, like red and a bit swollen, i didn't know the reason until i found his brother biting it, or literally sucking it. i do not know why but it hurts him so much and i do not know their gender yet. but they are so young, small kittens. then after afew days i found the third one's anus swollen and red too and i noticed the same one biting and sucking it. which is really annoying.. please help??

Well that is the strangest thing I have ever heard.....but it takes all kinds......  If you are serious why just worry----take the kitten to the vets. We certainly cannot help you since this is waaaaay out of the realm of my experience and would believe that to be true of the rest of our forum.

Hello and welcome...bless you for taking these poor babies in.  Do the kittens have diarrhea?  It sounds like they may have worms.  Does the kitten who is sucking on the other ones have a red anus, too, or no?  I suppose the sucking and biting could be why the two have red and swollen anuses...but I would lean more towards worms since you found them on the street.  

I see you live in Egypt.  Are you able to get these kittens to a vet?  That's really what is needed here.

Um no, the cat who does the biting's anus is not red. It's normal. So i'm pretty sure its not worms. And i did go the vet when i first got them and they were fine, i'm just worried
