We had a cat that had cancer in his jaw or mouth, can't remember which.  I think we started him out on I want to say metacam and then we switched to interferon.  While it didn't stop the cancer, it did slow it's growth and give us more time with him.  I strongly encourage you to utilize the internet to research the cats condition and what treatments are out there.  What you find may help prolong your cats life. I will keep you and your cat in my prayers.
