Please help me asap

Well my grandmother just called me from Moscow,Russia asking me to find an answer to her question....Her 5 month old Persian kitten was acting completely fine on Saturday,March 13th.....And then on Sunday she said the cat puked out some white foam and white goo,and didn't get up all day long...My grandmother doesn't have a way of getting to a vet, neither does she have the money...The kitten was a present to her from an old friend...She said that today(Monday in Russia)the kitten has gotten up and ran around a few times....But she still puked again, with the same white goo.She said that the kitten isn't drinking nor eating,to which i told her to try and give her some water with a spoon(she doesn't have a syringe) . I just suggested to keep the kitten hydrated, because i thought it sounded like a toxic poisoning....But i dont know as much as you folks would,so please be kind and respond to this posting as soon as possible. Oh and my grandmother said the kitten seems to get excited about the water when she shows it to her,but she cant drink it.
I think i gave everyone all the information i have.Could it be a bad hairball? Although that doesnt seem to be something that would make the kitten THAT sick?
Oh well i guess my question is could my grandmother try to bring her back to life without a doc?> Like with remedies or something?
THANKS A BUNCH

Hi im so sorry i havent posted on here in a little while. Grandma got a hold of our family friend and the family friend recommended a vet of hers....So my grandma called the vet and she guided her through the whole thing...It turned out to be toxic poisoning....My grandmother says she thinks the kitten ate a poisoned roach....And that would make sense you know? So the kitten has completely recovered and is now healthy.....Thank you for trying to help out as much as you could :)

oh I hope so too....poor kitty and poor grandma, its hard to see a pet ill especially when we are unable for whatever reason to help.
she is doing right by keeping him hydrated and trying to flush as much from the system as possible.
let us know how they make out ok.

I understand, but i cant really tell my grandmother to spend 100 bucks on her kitten when she only gets 300 a month from the government,ya know? So she is trying all she can to keep the kitten alive, and very hydrated....And also she said she thinks the kitty ate a poisoned roach...She said the kitten pooped and the poop was like grey and smelled very chemical like....I REALLY HOPE SHE MAKES IT :(

i would love to help but no one can give a diagnosis without seeing kitty, therefor a Vet is needed a.s.a.p............it does sound like kitty ingested something he shouldn't have and possibly poisonous.
There could be a hairball blockage, but that usually doesn't cause a white foamy vomit.
The kitty must have fluids and soon or it will be in serious danger as you know....if giving by spoon, do so very slowly so not to cause fluid entering the lungs...(aspirate)
let us know how kitty makes out and please urge grandma to find a way to take this poor kitty to a Vet.
good luck
