Too cute not to share

Question

Akira was curled up the way cats do but with her little nose covered up. Okay, nothing unusual about that, even though most of us think they're pretty cute when they do that, too. Her chair that she is still curled up in is next to the sliding glass door. The cute thing she did was this: I went up to the sliding glass door to close it a little bit more, and while I was there I said "hello" to her and said her name. I did this without reaching down to pet her. The cute thing was how she responded to this greeting of mine to her. She made a cute drawn out purr sound as she nudged her nose into her curl even more. At the same time she sort of stretched herself without uncurling. So, she was acknowledging my greeting very sweetly to be sure, and my greeting to her clearly met with her approval. She just didn't want to uncurl herself. I just thought that was really cute. She was quite happy to be greeted with the sweet "hello" I had spoken to her, though. And, she certainly did respond and say a sweet greeting to me in return.

I just love it when our precious fur babies do something cute that is out of their usual way of responding to us with such great affection.

oh was that ever so sweet....they are just all too human aren't they:) of course they love all the attention they can get, and they do thank us for our efforts.
each has their own special way of acknowledging us...I think sometimes when I am ignoring something one of mine is pleading for, I believe they must think us the least intelligent species and perhaps they are right...lol

It seens like our babies become more and more attached to us esch passing day.
Loreena licked my nose another day, unexpectedly.She sometimes appears  quite near and give me a eye- to -eye look but just that!
And licked my face 2 days ago, when I picked her from the place she was laying asleep  to take her to her "Bedroom"
