What is the best time to make a uterine surgery for a kitten? Before first period or after ?

Please, NO, NEVER give a cat chocolate!  It acts as a diuretic and cardiac (heart) stimulant.  Will cause diarrhea, excessive thirst, muscle tremors and vomiting.  

Please stop giving chocolate to your precious kitty immediately!  I know it's hard to deny our pets when they look at us with those big eyes, but it's in your cats best interest not to share the chocolate.

does chocolate harm kittens and makes them blind? Because ive been feeding sometimes not daily just tasting , she keeps looking at me when i eat choclate which makes me give her little! and ive heard that they become blind.

It is best to have her done after she is 3 lbs and before her first heat.  Weight is more immediately important as it has to do with her tolerance to anesthesia.  If she reaches 3 lbs before her first heat (most do), have her done then.  If she never has a heat you will drastically reduce her chances of several types of cancer later.

Now that your kitty is spayed, she won't be interested in the males anymore or do that weird meowing they do when they're in heat.  I'm happy to hear kitty is in good health and since it's been 3 days since surgery, she should be alert and acting like her old self even though she still likely has stitches.

Sounds like they didn;t use a reverser.  It could take as long as 24 hours before she is fully alert.  They could have also given her a sedative after surgery to prevent licking the wound that might be keeping her lethargic.

What both the above posters mean, in other words, is your kitten is the perfect age to be spayed.  6 months is the perfect age.  You should make any appt as soon as possible; there is no need to wait for her first heat cycle.

My kitten is an indoor cat, she is 6 months old. Didnt get her heat cycle yet, i dont want her to start meow to go outside! so i think its better to wait her first cycle before spaying !?

There is no advantage to having her in heat before spaying.  It is frustrating for her and for you.  Kittens can be spayed as early as 2-3 months old.  There are some advantages and disadvantages of doing it that young.  Because young kittens have a high metabolic rate, they are better able to tolerate anesthesia and eliminate it from their systems more quickly as well as scar healing, since the incision and parts removed are so small.  The down side is that their immune systems are less developed so the risk of post op stress related illness (primarily URI) is a bit higher.  Conversely, at 5-6 months their immune systems are stronger, but their metabolic rate is slower, so more side-effects from anesthesia are likely and healing takes a bit longer.  Unless there is some medical reason to wait, I wouldn't wait much past 6 months.

do you mean when is the best time to have her spayed before or after going into a 'heat' cycle?
I've always tried to have my females spayed around 5-6 months...but its also possible for them to become pregnant if they are around males and go into a heat cycle at this age. If she's an indoor cat with no contact with males its ok to wait until after a cycle, if she's in contact with a male its problably better to be safe and have the surgery no later than 5 months of age.♥
