I have a female bengel kitten who is about six months old. She has not been fixed yet, her appointment is in about week, and since we got her she has been fine. But about two weeks ago she climbed in to a suitcase I was packing and peed there, then walked away. Yesterday, my mother woke up to find that the kitten had peed on her, because she likes to sleep on top of people, while she was still asleep. She has also been peeing around the house, but not up walls territorially. She is also continuing use of her litter box. I do not know what is wrong and I am taking her to a vet, I just wanted some idea of what could be happening.
