I have 3 cats and this week I am also house sitting for my relatives who have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Needless to say I am running thin on time. I feel bad though. I was wondering is it ok that I am only visiting my cats 2x a day for about an hour each time? This will only go on for 3 more days, but when I spend more time at my own hosue the dogs at my aunts are peeing on the floor. I'm going crazy driving back and forth between houses that are 30 min apart. I came home today on my break for work and my cats seemed mad. My boy cat is the one i'm worried about I just feel bad. I could hear him at the door meowing. When i come back home will they stop being angry kittes? Is it ok to leave them like that or should I hire someone to come more often?? Ahhh not enough hours in the day help!
i know how difficult it is to know your cats are upset w/ you...
everytime mine get upset, i have this overwhelming ache in my heart.
...but try not to fret, after your return home, they'll be back to normalNormal saline flush... although it might take a few days...
some cats are very moody creatures... i know my oldest one is...
i recently had to take her for shots, and for almost a week she "got her revenge" by being extremely cold towards me.
now, she's back to being her sweet self... :)
so try not to let it bother you for the moment...
know that it's only temporary.
