animal bite

My kitten was bitten by a dog, he is 5 months old.
He was biiten on the head on the side of the eye and ear. As a result he suffered blood lose and his third eye is showing, his head is soft around his ear and he has fluid in his ear he shakes his head and tiny amounts of blood come out.
I have brought him to the vet 2 times but I'm unsure if they are doing all possible to help the kitten.
any advice would be helpful

Is the kitten home with you or is he at the animal hospital?  Have they given him stiches or whatever treatment he needs?  Is he still bleeding?

I would suggest taking your kitty to an emergency vet.  I find that they are much more knowledgeable and know what to do in emergency cases since they see it all the time.  If you are not comfortable with the service you have received at your vet, please go to an emergency vet right now.
