Could be. To make sure, a trip to the vet would be ideal at this point. She needs to get dewormed.
Other possibilities could be Hematochezia, which is the presence of fresh blood in the feces, and this is due to bleeding issues in the colon or rectum. I can relate, my cat has IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) so he bleeds whenever he evacuates. When bleeding from the lower intestines occurs, the cat needs to be on antibiotics and special diet, usually a hypoallergenic one.
Cancer could be another thing that's causing kitty to bleed. Any illness in the colon could lead to cancer eventually, and that's why you need to make sure what the problem is so you can either cure it or control it. Usually, IBD, including Chron's Disease can't be cured, but it can be controlled by performing watchful monitoring.
