can a cat have pneumonia

by dakotabean, Oct 09, 2007 04:01PM
My cat has been coughing a lot and when I listen to him breath I can hear a lot of poping sounds.  Does he have pnuemonia (pneumonia)?

Possibly, take him to a vet to be sure and run a bacterial culture/blood work.  Please take this very seriously, the animal can die without treatment, if it has a respiratory infection.
