It's really not safe to give a cat (or dog) OTC worming medications.  It's much safer to get a good, general purpose wormer like Nemex2 from your veterinarian.  I would take the cat in and have the vet look at her if she is acting strangely after being wormed.

As far as a vegetarian diet for cats, there is no such thing.  Cats are not like dogs.  Dogs can live on a diet of both meat and vegetables, cats cannot.  Cats are obligate carnivores, meaning that they need meat and only meat in order to be healthy.  Something else to consider is that cats are not like dogs, humans or any other animal in the way they digest and metabolize their food.  There is a substance called taurine that is an amino acid that is produced by dogs, humans and other animals during digestion.  Taurine is essential for health, it affects many parts of the body, not the least of which are the eyes and the heart.  Without taurine, cats go blind, they develop cardiomyopathy, they die.  Cats cannot manufacture taurine from the foods they eat the way humans and dogs and other animals can, therefore cats must eat foods that are specially prepared FOR cats that have taurine added to them.  A cat without taurine will go blind, develop heart problems, and die at a very young age.

PLEASE get your cat to the vet so that she can be examined to be sure that no damage was done by the OTC wormer, and please get her on a diet of good quality cat food.  Cats are not meant to be vegetarians.  If you are a vegetarian, that's up to you, but cats were designed to eat meat, so you need to be prepared to feed the cat meat, regardless of your own dietary choices.
