Respected Doctor,
My cat is my family member.The cat sleeps in the humans thigh,and sit on dining table.Will it cause any disease to the human? Is yes what care shall take?

The only real danger from contact with a cat is from ringworm. If kitty has ringworm, there's a possibility that you can get it from physical contact. The chance isn't high (In my over ten years of working with cats, I've gotten ringworm once) but if it is an issue, be careful.

Otherwise provided kitty is'nt actually sharing the same food and drink, there's little chance of catching any of the cat/person transmittable diseases (there are a few). Those tend to need direct blood/saliva contact to cause infection.

The other possibility is a parasitical infection (and one or two other illnesses) from getting a causal cat scratch (from litter box to kitty claw to scratch on human). It's also very unlikely but is possible. Again, just use common sense in keeping clean and you should be fine.
