head injury

Hi. My Dad and partner's cat had kittens about a week ago. About two days ago a one litre oil container landed on one of the kittens head. Apparently at first it didnt move but now it can move but hasnt been feeding. Its eyes are alot smaller than its sibling. Im worried. what should they do?
I hope it isnt in pain and i hope it can live a happy and normal life.

The kitten needs to see a vet ASAP.  There is hope of recovery, but not without medical intervention.  This is an emergency.  

And of course this poor baby is in pain, it's head was crushed!
