kittens

2 days ago I found 2 kittens about 2 or 3 months old and they have something wrong with their eyes. They're constantly draining a yellowish sticky gooey fluid. The one is worse than the other. For the past 2 days I have been wiping them with a warm cloth and using a eye cleanser I got from fleet farm but they don't seem to be getting any better. Being a single mother I don't have a lot of money for a very. It's there something at home I can do it does anybody know what it could be?? One of then keeps sneezing as well

Upper respiratory infection is the reason your kittens are not healthy.  At so young an age, they need to be cared for constantly.  That means the vet, food and the time you take to care for them.  It does not sound like you have the resources for much if any of this.  My best suggestion is that you re-home them with someone who has the time and money to raise them.

If you can get the money together and find a reasonably priced vet, it should be under $100 for an office visit and a round of antibiotics if their only problem is an upper respiratory infection. The yellowish color makes me suspect a secondary bacterial infection to a herpes virus or a feline chlamydia infection. They also need to be dewormed and a good flea preventative (FELINE advantage/frontline) applied.

good for you for taking these little ones in...I will give you a link to a post I did earlier with the same info. you need to give these kittens wet food and mix in the required amount of an amino acid called L-lysine, this is very effective UNLESS it becomes bacterial than they would also need an antibiotic...
let us know how it goes...:))
