My 12 yr old cat has developed a cough in the last few days. It seems to have improved today but I am concerned.  I thought it might be related to a sudden change in our weather from hot to very cool. He is an indoor cat.  Thanks for any suggestions.

hi and welcome to our community. I really suggest you take kitty in for a good check up....cats don't get colds/coughs as we do, this cough can be an early indication of CHF(congestive heart failure) as was the case with a kitty I had. When treated kitty can enjoy many good years with you yet. please see a Vet and get a diagnosis.♥
